    Because I didn't carefully read the description of the starter kit: when it arrived, I was surprised at the lightness of the package, then confused by the empty bottles, then saw the 1oz concentrated packets & realization hit me :):)

    I added contents of each 1oz packet to its respective bottle & then added 15oz of h2o. (Hadn't read the other review first, so it did foam a bit-just poured h2o slowly to avoid spilling)

    1st-the scents are absolutely lovely: they don't burn your nose like the harsh chemicals in typical cleaning products!

    2nd-the products WORK! They clean very well, leave surfaces smelling great, & you'll feel good knowing they aren't toxic!

    I haven't yet tried the floor cleaner, but since I've had cleaning success with the kitchen, bathroom, glass, mildew, and odor products: I don't doubt I'll have success with the floor cleaner, too! :)

    Bottom line: I am extremely happy with my clean starter kit.

    Tip for refilling Green Irene Enzyme Cleaners May 13, 2011

    When mixing the concentrate from the packets into the 16 oz spray bottle, put the water in first… leaving room for 1 oz concentrate. This will avoid the foam generated by adding water after the concentrate. If there is concern that you will fill too much water, simply fill three quarters water, then add concentrate, then top off. Either way avoids the foaming you get when you add water ON TOP of concentrate.
