How Does It Work?
 
Nowadays, nearly everyone has used a credit card to purchase an item from a website and have the product shipped directly to their home. Using that familiar business model, your school, religious group, or other non-profit organization can use a Green Fundraiser to benefit from the sale of green products.

When we set up your Green Fundraiser, we assign you a URL, such as: http://www.GreenIrene.com/Charity. All you do is complete the form with your non-profit's information and your Green Fundraiser is autmatically active for 90-days. You just have to start spreading the word. As green products are sold from your website, sales are tracked automatically, and your organization earns commission on retail product sales. (Please note that you do not earn commissions on services, shipping, taxes, or carbon credits.)

Our Green Fundraisers make it easy for your non-profit to raise money by eliminating up-front costs, order forms, money collection, and product delivery. When your fundraiser ends, there are no candy bars left over, no problems with personal checks, no hours spent making deliveries. All you do is receive your commission payment and add it directly to your organization's bottom line!

When your organization becomes an affiliate of Green Irene, you agree to the following:

Our group or organization ("Organization") agrees to raise funds for itself by selling the eco-friendly products sold by Green Irene LLC ("Green Irene") and offered on the Green Irene website that will be designated for our fundraiser.

(1) The Fundraiser program works as follows:
There are no costs to sign up for a fundraiser with Green Irene;
All orders will be taken online at the designated Green Irene website;
The fundraiser will take place during the 90-day period beginning on set-up date (or as otherwise agreed);
All products will be shipped by Green Irene directly to the customer;
All customer payments will be collected by Green Irene LLC through the website;
Sales Tax will be collected if applicable based on SHIP TO address and remitted by Green Irene

(2) Organization will receive at no cost:
Green Irene Fundraiser Success Manual
Promotional flyer that can you can customize and print locally at Organization's own expense
A customized banner ad for use on Organization's website
Access to additional Green Irene marketing materials
Organization's commission will be 10-20% of all retail PRODUCT sales EXCLUDING:
Services, Carbon Credits, Shipping and Handling, Sales Taxes.
NOTE: Commissions will be deducted for any returned items

(3) Organization will be mailed a check (USPS First Class Mail) by the 15th of the month
directly following the conclusion of the fundraiser. Since a 30-day return policy is offered
on product sales, Green Irene reserves the right to pay commissions in part on the 15th of
the month and in part on the 30th of the month after the 30-day return period has closed
unless the ability to offset reduced commissions on returns against future commission is
available.
 
(4) Organization understands it will receive a Form 1099 in January after the close of the
calendar year is total commissions exceed $600.

(5) Green Irene reserves the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and minimum order
amounts at its discretion.
